Once again, we are giving Members priority access to the Beginner slots before they go online to the wider public at the start of August.

Please find HERE a link to the Fixture Card, which denotes which days we will have Beginner Schools available to friends of Members. On the days we have a Beginner School, it will say ‘PRACTICE with Beginners’ in red. (Please note that not all these days will be available to the wider public, so the calendar that goes online in due course may look a little different).  

Please book your friends and family in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. As mentioned at the AGM in February, the total number of Beginners will remain at 300. On some days we will only have 6 slots available - so please book in early!  

How to Book:

Please email me – tilly.macdonald@cresta-run.com to book your friends and family in. Your friends can pay on the day they come to ride, however, from 1st November we will add CHF 700 per Beginner to your bill, as an insurance policy in case your Beginner does not turn up on the day, or should you need to cancel their slot. (Please see our cancellation policy below). If they do turn up and are due to pay themselves, then we will simply remove the charge from your bill. Alternatively, if you wish to pay for your friend/family member, we can leave the charge on your bill. Children of Members aged Under 30, and Members of C&G do not pay CHF 700 – they pay per ride only.

Our cancellation policy, which will kick in on 1st November is thus:

For cancellations with more than 1 week’s notice prior to your booking you are entitled to a CHF 500 refund.

For cancellations with less than 1 week’s notice prior to your booking we are unable to offer a refund, but you may send someone else in your place.
